At Hylands<\/strong>, we select high-quality ductile iron<\/strong> that meets the requirements of drinking water networks<\/strong>. Thanks to its spheroidal graphite structure, it provides excellent mechanical strength and high ductility<\/strong>, in compliance with EN 545<\/strong>. Our products are manufactured in EN-GJS-450-10<\/strong> and EN-GJS-500-7<\/strong> grades, with a tensile strength exceeding 420 MPa<\/strong>, ensuring reliability and long service life.<\/span><\/p>\n

For long-term protection, Hylands equipment is coated with fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE)<\/strong>, applied in accordance with NF EN 14901-1<\/strong>. This anti-corrosion coating ensures optimal adhesion<\/strong>, perfect sealing<\/strong>, and high resistance to aggressive environments<\/strong>, while providing a durable and environmentally responsible solution for pipelines, valves, and fittings<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
